- Representing our clients in all stages of civil litigations, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and advise clients on potential risks and legal rights.
- Participating in discovery processes, taking depositions, and engaging in witness preparation.
- Advocating for clients in court, arbitration, and mediation sessions.
- Providing regular case updates to clients and maintaining professional client relationships.
- Collaborating with legal team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to case management.
- Staying updated with current laws and regulations within the civil litigation field and applying this knowledge to client cases.
Job DetTo qualify for this role, you must possess the following
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Arizona State Bar.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Proven experience in drafting legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
- Previous trial experience, preferably in a civil litigation setting.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- High level of professionalism and adherence to legal ethics.
- Ability to manage a large workload, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
