Responsibilities
As a Permanent Clinic Physician, your primary responsibilities will include
- Providing comprehensive medical services to patients, including assessment, development of care plans, implementation and evaluation of treatment plans.
- Ensuring the highest standards of patient care and services are maintained at all times.
- Managing a diverse patient population, addressing chronic and acute illnesses.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments.
- Participating in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental and divisional nursing philosophy and objectives.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Protecting patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Demonstrating a high level of fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.
To be considered for the Permanent Clinic Physician position, you must possess the following
- A Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
- A valid DEA Certificate.
- A valid California State Physician License.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing medicine, preferably in a clinic setting.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
