Are you a dynamic, driven individual with a knack for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Permanent Closing Officer in the Mortgage industry. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in our organization's growth and success. As a Permanent Closing Officer, you will be responsible for building relationships with branch managers, sales representatives, and builders to earn settlement business. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask and excellent reporting skills.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Closing Officer, your responsibilities will include

• Building and maintaining relationships with branch managers, sales representatives, and builders to earn settlement business.
• Conducting customer meetings and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth settlement process.
• Reviewing transactions, documents, and signatures for accuracy and compliance.
• Providing training and support to other team members as needed.
• Reporting on settlement activities and performance.
• Obtaining a Notary Commission and Title Insurance License as required.
• Balancing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have

• 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience.
• 1 years of sales experience.
• Experience in conducting settlements is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong reporting skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to obtain a Notary Commission and Title Insurance License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
