Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CMMC Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and conduct comprehensive assessments of cybersecurity maturity for organizations seeking compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments of organizational cybersecurity practices against CMMC requirements.
- Evaluate and document the effectiveness of security controls and practices.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations for achieving CMMC compliance.
- Prepare and present assessment reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to develop remediation plans and support implementation.
- Stay current with CMMC standards, updates, and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assessment methodologies.
Qualifications
- Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) or equivalent certification.
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity assessments or audits.
- Strong understanding of CMMC standards and requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
