- Set up and operate CNC machinery, ensuring precise machining of parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Use cutting tools and measuring devices to meet specifications.
- Modify CNC programs and install necessary offsets.
- Maintain safety protocols and work efficiently within safety guidelines.
- Perform job setups independently, meeting production deadlines.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines and basic assembly tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Familiarity with G&M codes and CNC controls (Okuma, Mazak, Toyoda).
- Must pass the Machinist Assessment.
- Experience with Mazak, Okuma, or Toyoda CNC machines.
- Journeyman Machinist card.
