We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support our Client Service Advisors and Commercial Lines Team.
This position involves managing a book of commercial lines insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance and a proven track record in account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, ensuring client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies.

Requirements:

Salary Range:$65,000 - $90,000 per year, plus benefits and bonus opportunities.
