Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the commercial insurance division, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional client service.
- Supervise a team of commercial account managers, assistants, and administrative staff, providing training and ongoing support.
- Serve as a point of contact for high-profile clients, assisting with complex account management and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages, compliance, and industry regulations.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (preferred or required per state regulations).
