We are on the hunt for a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in property and casualty insurance, commercial lines, account management, and client relations. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships, driving the renewal process, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

As our Commercial Lines Account Executive, your main responsibilities will include

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
• Overseeing the renewal process for all commercial lines accounts, including the preparation of renewal proposals and negotiations with insurers.
• Conducting thorough policy analysis to identify any gaps in coverage and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Preparing and issuing certificates and endorsements as required.
• Utilizing AMS360 for account management and client relations.
• Working closely with the team to develop and implement strategies for account retention and growth.
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving client issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

The successful candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Executive position will possess the following qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, commercial lines, account management, and client relations.
• Proficiency in using AMS360 (preferred), but having experience in EPIC is also acceptable.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, including the ability to analyze policies and identify gaps in coverage.
• Experience in preparing and issuing certificates and endorsements.
• Proven track record of managing the renewal process for commercial lines accounts.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions.
