Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve client experience.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients are receiving the best value and service.
- Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with clients and insurers.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
- 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance and account management.
- An understanding of insurance products and industry trends.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and provide valuable advice to clients.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
