Are you an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager seeking an exciting opportunity? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your responsibilities will include
- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Providing superior customer service by responding to client inquiries, maintaining and improving client relations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Conducting policy analysis and risk management assessments to ensure clients are adequately covered and to identify any potential areas of risk.
- Handling policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates, ensuring all are accurate and up-to-date.
- Utilizing Applied Epic Agency Management System for account management and record-keeping.
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and changes in commercial lines of insurance.
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager role will have the following qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, customer service, account management, risk management, policy analysis, and policy renewal.
- Proven experience in managing client relations and client management.
- Experience with renewals, certificates, endorsements, property and casualty, and commercial lines.
- Proficiency in using an Agency Management System (AMS360 (preferred) or EPIC).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions.
- Current Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within the first 90 days after hire.
