Commercial Litigation Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigation Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Tech Services industry. This is a permanent role that will provide critical support to our legal team by managing and organizing legal documents, preparing and editing legal documents, and handling electronic filing.

- Manage and maintain all aspects of litigation files, including document management, document editing, and electronic filing.
- Assist in the preparation, drafting, and editing of legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide relevant information to the legal team.
- Ensure all legal documents are correctly formatted, proofread, and free of errors before filing.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized filing system to ensure all documents can be retrieved quickly and efficiently.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Assistant or similar role.
- Extensive experience in document management, document editing, motion practice, and electronic filing.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and federal and state rules of civil procedure.
- Proficiency in using legal software for document management and electronic filing.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the legal team.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
