- Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financings
- Draft, negotiate, and review purchase/sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements
- Conduct title and survey review and oversee due diligence processes
- Provide legal counsel on construction-related contracts and regulatory compliance
- Advise landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on complex transactional matters
- Structure and execute joint venture and partnership arrangements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, cost-effective execution of real estate deals
- J.D. and licensed to practice in New Jersey
- Minimum 4 years of experience, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Strong background in real estate development and construction transactions (preferred)
- Portable business is a plus, but not required
