Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on real estate law.
- Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes, including trial experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to litigation, real estate, and contractual matters.
