Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need…
- Experience estimating and preparing bids for industrial or mechanical construction projects including water/wastewater treatment plants or pump -stations.
- An understanding of heavy civil construction principles, operations, and logistics.
- To maintain relationships with internal and external customers through a culture of accountability and respect.
- A proven track record of preparing accurate quantity takeoffs and estimates for general conditions, labor, equipment, and materials.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with construction and estimating software such as HCSS (HeavyBid / HeavyJob), Bid to Win, Procore, Primavera P6, BlueBeam, PlanSwift, Pipeline, Building Connected, etc.
