Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather and verify project requirements.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to create comprehensive estimates.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value-engineering recommendations.
- Manage bid submissions and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
