Oversee the CM team, construction coordinators, and other staff.
Assist PM in change management and scope development.
Liaison between contractors/end users and authorities having jurisdiction.
Has a detailed knowledge of the preparation, updating, and maintenance of the project schedule.
Leading meetings as necessary and recording, preparing, and distributing high level meeting minutes.
Close coordination with the Project Manager.
Providing input to monthly pay application.
Analyze claims and changes.
Provides solutions to challenges during construction.
Responsible for project closeout.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related construction, engineering, or technical discipline, or equivalent.
Excellent communication is required.
Alternative delivery (Design Build/CMAR) experience.
