Job Details

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining goals, objectives, and deliverables
• Create and manage construction schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality control
• Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors and subcontractors
• Manage resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and labor
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites
