Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with client expectations.
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and schedules effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience managing construction projects in commercial, industrial, or municipal sectors.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
