Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This position is an integral part of our organization, driving change and implementing strategies to optimize our operations and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a proven track record in leadership, and extensive experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for

• Leading and managing continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
• Developing and implementing process improvement strategies that lead to cost reduction, increased efficiency, and improved product quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
• Training and mentoring team members on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Facilitating problem-solving sessions and process mapping workshops.
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for the Continuous Improvement Leader position, you must possess the following

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• At least 2 years of proven, successful leadership of teams.
• Black Belt certification and completion of level 8 requirements.
• Green Belt certification and completion of level 7 requirements.
• Proven ability to leverage the capabilities and insights of individuals with diverse styles, abilities, and motivations to achieve strong results.
• Experience developing and reengineering business processes from current to future state.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma implementation and project management.
• Training or exposure to statistical analysis.
• An adaptable and flexible approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
