Responsibilities
As a Permanent Contract Review Specialist, your main responsibilities will include
- Reviewing and evaluating Certificates of Insurance (COI) for compliance with company requirements.
- Collaborating with various teams including legal, risk management, and operations to ensure proper insurance coverage.
- Analyzing and interpreting contract language related to insurance requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
- Advising on risk management strategies and insurance coverage.
- Managing the company's insurance programs including general liability, worker's compensation, auto, excess coverage, property, casualty, and indemnity.
- Utilizing ISNet, Certificial, myCOI, Avetta, or other relevant software for contract management.
- Creating and maintaining reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Contract Review Specialist role should possess the following qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract review, COI, risk management, legal compliance, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance products including general liability, worker's compensation, auto, excess coverage, property, casualty, and indemnity.
- Proficiency in using contract management software such as ISNet, Certificial, myCOI, Avetta.
- Excellent understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with construction and commercial lines is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
