Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's financial reporting processes, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise general ledger activities to ensure accurate and reliable financial transactions.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations to uphold the integrity and accuracy of financial records.
- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely processing and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with organizational objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights on financial concepts and performance metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated experience in public or corporate accounting roles.
- Expertise in module-based accounting software, including Sage and similar applications.
- Solid knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and best practices.
