Position Summary The Controller will oversee all accounting functions of the organization including general ledger and month-end close, job costing, AP, AR, Payroll, and compliance.

Job Details
Position Summary The Controller will oversee all accounting functions of the organization including general ledger and month-end close, job costing, AP, AR, Payroll, and compliance.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Manage 6 person accounting team
- Oversee general ledger accounting and job costing
- Oversee AP, AR, and Payroll
- Ensure timeline and accurate accounting and close
- Ensure compliance with regulation and internal controls
- Prepare and distribute financial statements
- Review financial statements and reconcile accounts
- Manage audit and tax processes
- Mitigate risks by coordinating with benefits and insurance personnel
- Financial reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree
- Construction industry experience
- 8 years accounting experience
- 2 years accounting leadership experience
- Multi-entity experience
- ERP system knowledge
- US GAAP understanding
- Strong Excel skills
- CPA
- Sage Intacct
