- Troubleshoot PLCs, SCADA systems, and control panels to minimize downtime.
- Lead preventative maintenance efforts for reliability and efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff on automation systems and procedures.
- Partner with teams to execute equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSEE preferred) or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise with Rockwell Software, Allen Bradley PLCs, and SCADA systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and control systems.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for innovation.
