As a Permanent Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for
- Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Representing the company in any legal proceedings, investigations, or disputes.
- Advising on risk management and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- LLM in Taxation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney at a law firm
- Proven experience in corporate law and taxation.
