- Position is full-time, salaried. Annual compensation ranges from $125,000 – 150,000 (base plus incentives) depending on experience

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Washington and local bar
- 2 to 3 years of experience in criminal defense (prosecutor experience a plus)
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for criminal law and advocating for clients
