Job Title : Member Support Specialist
Location : On-site (Hybrid after training period)
Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM CST
Position Overview :
We are seeking a Member Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to Costco members. This role will be responsible for handling incoming calls, identifying customer needs, and directing them to the appropriate resources, whether it be the local dealer, BDM, technical support, or another team. You’ll be a crucial part of ensuring members receive timely and accurate support, guiding them through their inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
This position offers the potential for temporary-to-hire, and the right candidate could grow into additional responsibilities over time. A strong candidate will be someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
