We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic Engineering firm. This is a permanent position, requiring a professional who has a strong background in Fulfillment, Account Management, Transportation, and Customer Service. The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves direct interaction with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

2. Manage key accounts, ensuring all customer needs are met and fostering strong, long-lasting client relationships.

3. Oversee the fulfillment process, coordinating with various departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.

4. Handle logistics and transportation matters, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products and services.

5. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand the technical aspects of our products, enabling you to address customer queries more effectively.

6. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support role in the Engineering industry or a related field.

2. Proven experience in Fulfillment, Account Management, Transportation, and Customer Service.

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with customers.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.

6. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other related software.

7. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
