You’ll be hands-on in providing technical guidance, implementing best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders across the company to ensure that security requirements are clearly understood and met. Your focus will be on supporting certifications like CMMC and other compliance frameworks, driving continuous improvements in cybersecurity metrics, and developing policies that protect both our operations and the environment.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, building relationships to ensure cybersecurity aligns with business processes and user needs. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a pragmatic approach, and is excited about hands-on problem-solving. Responsibilities
- Coordinate vulnerability management and mitigate risks across on-premise and cloud systems.
- Monitor networks for security issues and collaborate with Cybersecurity and IT teams to investigate.
- Stay updated on external security threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support CMMC certification and compliance with NIST standards.
- Develop and maintain compliance tools using Microsoft Compliance Portal/Purview to enhance DLP, IRM, and data security.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity leadership to implement strategy and conduct ongoing security testing.
- Test and evaluate new technologies to improve security.
- Stay current with IT trends and security standards.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field and 3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of SOX, CMMC, GDPR, PCI compliance.
- Experience with Operational Technology in manufacturing.
- Experience supporting a global, multicultural organization.
- Relevant Cybersecurity, Audit, Risk, and Compliance certifications.
