Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of inventory control management and budgeting to join our team as a Permanent Group Inventory Control Analyst. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Inventory Control Procedures: Create and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage Inventory System: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, utilizing WMS and RFID systems to track, monitor, and manage inventory.
- Collaborate with Departments: Forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels across various departments.
- Conduct Regular Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits, providing detailed reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and adjustments.
- Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential inventory issues.
- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall inventory management and reduce costs.
- Provide Training and Support: Train and support other team members on inventory control procedures and systems.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control management within the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
