Job Details
Responsibilities
- Perform Legal Research
- E-file
- Keep track of billed time
- Serve and respond to Discovery
- Draft various legal documents
- Schedule depositions
- 3-5 years of civil litigation defense experience
- Prior experience billing time
- General litigation experience required- Mass Tort, Toxic Tort, or Environmental litigation is a plus
- Prior Experience filing with Delaware Courts
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Paralegal certificate or Bachelors Degree is a plus
