Requirements
- 4 years minimum of proven experience in technical product design role a portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills.
- 2 years of experience minimum in a crypto, DeFi, Web3, or related blockchain product shop.
- Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design.
- Strong expertise in WebFlow for responsive web development.
- Experience of Tailwind CSS for efficient web styling.
- Experience in integrating Discord for team communication and working with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Understanding of multi-chain trading, asset bridging, and on/off-ramping UX.
- Excellent at crafting UI components (iconography, typography, color, and graphic design).
- Familiarity with current UX/UI patterns and best practices for Web3.
- Active in the Web3 space, demonstrating knowledge and immersion.
- Innovative Design Develop engaging user interfaces and experiences, ensuring their effective implementation aligns with our strategic vision.
- Team Collaboration Work closely with product, engineering, business development, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and efficient design solutions.
- Strategic Development Lead in developing and executing design strategies, demonstrating your skill in innovatively applying UX/UI best practices for Web3.
- Effective Communication Articulate complex concepts in simple, clear terms, facilitating collaboration across different teams.
