Job Details

\We are on the hunt for a seasoned Desktop Deployment Specialist to join our dynamic Engineering team. This is a permanent, full-time position, where you will be responsible for the deployment, management, and support of desktop environments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Ivanti, Microsoft SCCM, Windows 10, MS O365, Azure AD, and Lenovo ThinkPads. This role is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical skills and experience in a challenging and rewarding environment.

As a Desktop Deployment Specialist, you will

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft SCCM infrastructure, including system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Deploy, manage, and support Windows 10 and MS O365 across the enterprise.
• Leverage Azure AD for identity and access management.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades on Lenovo ThinkPads.
• Develop and implement deployment strategies for new technology rollouts.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless and secure desktop experiences.
• Document processes and procedures related to desktop deployment and management.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  
  

To be considered for this role, you must have

• 5 years of experience in a similar role customizing images for deployment
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience with Ivanti, Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, or similar imaging technologies
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10, MS O365, Azure AD, and Lenovo ThinkPads.
• Strong knowledge of desktop deployment strategies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are highly desirable.
