We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Website Content Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role in our E-Commerce Outdoor Products industry, where you will be responsible for managing our website's content to ensure it is engaging, user-friendly, and drives our marketing objectives. You will be the driving force behind our website's content strategy, ensuring that all content is optimized for our target audience, and aligns with our brand's voice and style. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee all aspects of the website content, ensuring it aligns with the company's marketing strategies and brand guidelines.

2. Manage the content calendar, planning and scheduling content updates, launches, and promotions.

3. Develop high-quality content that drives engagement and meets the needs of our target audience.

4. Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for content promotion and audience engagement.

5. Ensure all website content is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and optimized for SEO.

6. Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure a consistent brand message.

8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content marketing and apply this knowledge to our strategies.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in content management, preferably in the Accounting Finance industry.

3. Proven experience publishing website content and managing a content calendar.

4. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create engaging content for a variety of audiences.

5. Strong understanding of SEO and website analytics.

6. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about content and its role in marketing.

8. Knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing tools.
