Senior Nursing Leader

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with staff, administration, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Effectively manage resources, demonstrate critical thinking, and adhere to policies, regulations, and professional standards.
• Participate in strategic growth planning to enhance service delivery and improve patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Understanding of care standards, regulatory requirements, and fiscal management principles.
• Proven skills in managing change, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or in progress.
• Current Ohio nursing license and minimum 3 years of clinical experience, previous management experience preferred.
