Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry, including potential clients and partnerships.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Provide regular reports to the senior management team on sales metrics, potential opportunities, and business performance.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development leadership role within the MEP industry.
- Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the MEP industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
