Job Details
Jobot is hiring a Director of Contracts and Legal Compliance to oversee the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of complex client contracts and agreements. This role will have a large impact on Jobot’s recruiting and business development efforts while providing strategic legal counsel. Our Director of Contracts and and Legal Compliance will join our legal team, reporting to our General Counsel.

Job Details
Jobot is hiring a Director of Contracts and Legal Compliance to oversee the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of complex client contracts and agreements. This role will have a large impact on Jobot’s recruiting and business development efforts while providing strategic legal counsel. Our Director of Contracts and and Legal Compliance will join our legal team, reporting to our General Counsel.
3 Things that are Needed for this Job
- 3 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal and/or managing complex contract negotiations
- Experience in the contingent workforce/staffing or consulting industries
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
- Act as the primary legal advisor for all corporate transactional matters, overseeing the drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining of customer, vendor and other business contracts across multiple business lines.
- Develop and maintain standard contract templates, key clauses, and preferred language for use across client, supplier, and vendor agreements to ensure uniformity, compliance, and legal risk mitigation.
- Assist with litigation and nationwide regulatory compliance and implementation of processes and procedures to support same.
