As the Permanent Director of Doors, Frames, Hardware, and Specialties, your core responsibilities will include
- Overseeing all operations related to doors, frames, hardware, and specialties.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
- Providing accurate and timely estimates for projects.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of professionals.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Conducting regular reviews and updates of company policies and procedures.
- Tracking industry trends and staying updated on the latest products and technologies.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality products and services.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Director of Doors, Frames, Hardware, and Specialties position must possess the following qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in estimating.
- Strong knowledge of doors, frames, hardware, and specialties.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
