Job Details
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee water resource projects, providing technical guidance.
- Support business development and client relationships for water and environmental projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review project plans and budgets.
- Assess feasibility of engineering solutions with limited data.
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
- Conduct peer reviews and technical presentations.
- Identify new clients and project opportunities.
- Supervise and mentor staff in water resources engineering.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in KY or IN (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- 10 or more years of experience in water, wastewater, or drainage projects.
- Experience managing design or tasks for civil engineering projects.
