Responsibilities
- Establish and implement financial strategies that supports company business objectives and drive profitability
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor financial performance of the company, analyze variances, and advise on corrective measures
- Ensure compliance with state and federal financial, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow to optimize working capital
- Provide and present financial insights to support organization in decision-making
- Lead financial statement and reporting preparation
- Oversee finance team, including payroll, AP, AR, general ledger
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related area of study
- 7 years relevant professional experience
- Prior experience in property management or services industries preferred
- Previous experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
