We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Investor Relations with a proven track record in raising capital from passive investors, specifically for real estate investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have an established network of investors and exceptional skills in capital-raising, relationship management, and strategic communication.
Responsibilities
- Capital Raising Leverage your existing investor network to raise capital for real estate investments.
- Investor Relations Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- Strategy Development Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute fundraising strategies tailored to the target audience.
- Presentations and Reporting Create and deliver presentations and reports to investors, clearly articulating investment opportunities and performance metrics.
- Market Insights Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to the team.
- Experience Demonstrated success in raising capital from passive investors for a debt fund.
- Network Strong, established relationships with real estate-focused investors.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Education A finance background is preferred but not required.
