We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Quality and R&D to join our team in the Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, formulations, capsule manufacturing, tablet manufacturing, and health and wellness products. This position requires an analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of ISO Standards, GMP, HACCP, PCQI, and regulatory compliance (FDA 21 CFR 110, 111m 117). The candidate will be responsible for managing the R&D team and leading QA/QC protocols. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Quality and R&D to join our team in the Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, formulations, capsule manufacturing, tablet manufacturing, and health and wellness products. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and company guidelines.
- Manage the R&D team to ensure the development of new products and improvements to existing products.
- Oversee the manufacturing process of capsules and tablets, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Lead the QA/QC protocols, ensuring products meet the necessary quality standards before being released to the market.
- Work closely with the regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR 110, 111m 117, ISO Standards, GMP, HACCP, and PCQI.
- Use an analytical mindset to identify, analyze, and solve quality-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the health and wellness products industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in testing, formulations, capsule manufacturing, tablet manufacturing, and health and wellness products.
- Strong knowledge of ISO Standards, GMP, HACCP, PCQI, and regulatory compliance (FDA 21 CFR 110, 111m 117).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead the R&D team.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading QA/QC protocols.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
