- Manufacturing Background
- Implementation of Corporate EHS Compliance Programs4
- Manage Environmental Compliance Programs - Treatments tanks, Storm Water, AQMD/EPA, CUPA, OSHA and LAC Water Board
- Conduct and Lead Safety Investigations with Root Cause Analysis
- Ensure compliance with contractual, operational and regulatory requirements (OSHA, AS9100, NADCAP etc).
- Maintain records per internal record retention policies and ensure compliance with all EHS related federal, state, and local record retention
- Lead Monthly Safety Committee Meetings
- Work closely with HR on Workers Compensation Process
- Monthly Safety Walks and Audits with tracking action item list to completion
- Etc.
