Our esteemed organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and executing electrical systems for a variety of restaurant construction projects. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to work with a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed electrical systems for restaurant construction projects using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that electrical designs are integrated seamlessly into overall project plans.
• Conduct thorough analyses of electrical systems, including load calculations and energy consumption estimates.
• Create and maintain all necessary documentation, including schematics, layouts, and diagrams.
• Review and revise electrical designs to ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams during the implementation phase.
• Perform regular inspections of completed electrical installations to ensure safety and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in electrical engineering and restaurant construction industry trends.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in the restaurant construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD drafting and electrical drafting.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and delivering quality work.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
