The successful candidate will be tasked with designing and developing electrical systems, ensuring product quality and integrity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field, with a particular focus on Power, Layout, Power Systems, Schematic, Circuit Design, and High Voltage.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems and circuits.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of electrical systems by conducting thorough inspections and tests.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to electrical engineering problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of project plans.
- Create and interpret detailed schematics for electrical system design.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of high voltage systems, power systems, and circuit design.
- Comply with all industry standards and regulations during design and implementation phases.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical engineering department.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's Degree will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Electrical Engineering role with a focus on Power, Layout, Power Systems, Schematic, Circuit Design, and High Voltage.
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex electrical systems and circuits.
- Extensive knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in using electrical design software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of electrical engineering.
