The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, from conceptual design to manufacturing, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, or systems. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for making the complex simple. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, from conceptual design to manufacturing, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems and products.
- Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
- Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project completion by the predetermined deadlines.
- Perform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
- Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
- Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
- Support manufacturing department with product development and testing.
- Provide quality assurance for ongoing projects.
- Keep current with the latest technical innovations in electrical engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in circuit design.
- Strong understanding of electrical manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with design and simulation software.
- Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to spot flaws in complex systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Commitment to staying current with industry advancements.
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
