Salary $100,000 - $105,000 per year
A Bit About Us
We are the prime manufacturer in the Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) system. We manufacture buildings in chunks that can be transported and assembled on site into complex buildings quickly. We have over 700 employees, eleven production lines and have experienced significant growth through 2024.
DMC is a building delivery system that uses powerful design to leverage manufacturing productivity so that construction is simple. Our vision is to create an industry without silos that does more with less, beautifully. Our mission is to make things that strengthen our clients, enhance our communities and advance our professions, and our goal is to (build the machine to) make buildings twice as good, twice as fast, and with twice the value of those made by anyone anywhere – 2x2x2 fun.
We are both service and product, and our staff includes cross-trained specialists in architecture, engineering, industrial design, programming, technology, digital fabrication, manufacturing, and construction. Rather than trying to keep up with the pack, we are making the one the pack will follow.

Experience
Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated conceptual estimates and financial analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Job Details
Electrical Estimator
Location Portland, OR
Target Salary $105k
- Must have Accubid experience to apply
- Quantity takeoff entry into estimating software
- Solicitation and review vendor and subcontractor quotations
- Review current material pricing levels
- Review and estimate addenda as required
- Visit site and/or attend site walk meeting
- Review bid/construction schedule
- Draft and submit proposal documents
- Follow post bid closeout procedures
- Attend weekly estimating team meetings
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical construction experience or construction management degree
- 5 years’ experience as an electrical estimator
