Salary $100,000 - $125,000 per hour

We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers for multiple roles across various locations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team within the construction industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a variety of electrical construction projects, with a particular focus on tilt-up construction and commercial refrigeration. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, the ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead the planning and implementation of project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with project expectations and deadlines.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
• Utilize project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
• Manage risk, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate to ensure project success.
• Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring all safety protocols and standards are adhered to on the construction site.
• Continually improve project management toolkits and methodologies used within the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Expertise in tilt-up construction and commercial refrigeration is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical design, construction processes, and principles.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Must hold relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.
• A strong commitment to safety and a demonstrated ability to comply with the company's health and safety policies.
