We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in the Construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to bring your specialized skillset to a thriving and forward-thinking company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management, budgeting, blueprint reading, RFI, change orders, scheduling and timeline management. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

As an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator, you will be a key player in our construction team with the following responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, ensuring all electrical installations align with design and safety specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines, coordinating with other team members to ensure all milestones are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, providing regular updates to key stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track financially.
• Handle RFIs (Request for Information), change orders, and other project documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure all electrical systems are installed and functioning correctly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
  
  

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
• Experience with Electrical Vehicle Charging System Installations and/or Commercial Service/Design Build Projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints.
• Strong experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project timeline management.
• Familiarity with RFI processes, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Master Electrician preferred.
