Job Details

Qualifications

• Electrical Construction Expertise Over 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical construction, demonstrating proficiency in both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Ensure Design Compliance Implement projects in strict accordance with design specifications, promptly addressing field-related inquiries and challenges.
• Technical Documentation Develop and review electrical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials, and construction service contracts.
• Project Management Leadership Direct day-to-day design and construction management activities, particularly focusing on Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and electrical interface works. This includes overseeing procurement, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Resource Coordination Manage scheduling and coordination of both internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Project Lifecycle Oversight Supervise job start procedures and oversee materials for project closeout, ensuring all aspects of project completion meet established standards and deadlines.
