As a Project Manager in the Construction industry, you will be part of an exciting, fast-paced environment where every day presents a new challenge. You will be at the forefront of some of the most innovative construction projects, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to bring concepts and designs to life. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a Journeyman skillset, seeking to apply their expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic and rewarding setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management from initial conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, architects, and subcontractors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing project schedules, resource allocation, and potential risks.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Evaluate and assess the results of the project.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in the electrical construction industry, with a solid understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
